How is drawdown calculated?

Accepted Answer

Daily drawdown is calculated from the starting balance at market close each day. Total drawdown is calculated from the initial account balance. Our system updates balances automatically at your configured market close time (default: 20:31 UTC).

What happens when a trader fails a challenge?

When a trader fails, our system automatically detects the violation, sends notifications to both you and the trader, and schedules analysis stop. You can configure the delay period and customize notification messages.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise is not a premium tier with a premium price. It is usage-based: you pay for the trading accounts, brokers, and modules you actually use, not a flat markup. Depending on your volume it can cost less than the fixed plans. Contact sales for a quote sized to your firm.

Add-on means the feature is available on every plan, including Launch, and is billed as a separate monthly fee on top of your per-account usage rather than being bundled into it.
