Catch the plays. Before the payout.

Every account gets an always-populated checklist of prop-rule checks, each reported clear or flagged with a severity. Your risk team reviews a consistent surface instead of eyeballing trade logs. Nothing slips through because nobody looked.

What you get. In detail.

Hedge arbitrage

Opposite-direction, near-simultaneous same-symbol trades across a trader’s accounts are the classic payout-arbitrage play. Fxward matches and flags them automatically, including across different account sizes.

Copy trading / one operator

Same-direction equivalent trades across multiple accounts, with adjustable sensitivity (low / medium / high) for how strict the timing and size match must be.

Ultra-short & latency trades

Positions held only seconds flag gambling behavior or latency abuse, and the offending trades are listed, not just a score.

Overtrading & revenge trading

Bursts of losing trades closed in quick succession surface tilt before it becomes a blown account, and before it becomes your payout dispute.

Profit concentration

A single trade making up an outsized share of total profit breaks consistency rules, and the flag names the exact trade and its share of profit.

News-trading detection

Trades opened around high-impact economic releases are flagged automatically, powered by a built-in economic calendar. Your news-trading rules enforce themselves.

Market-timing checks

Trading closed markets, holding through weekends, and minimum-trading-days verification round out the checklist.

Device & IP fingerprinting

Logins are fingerprinted by device and IP, so multiple accounts operated from the same machine surface automatically, including affiliate self-referrals.

Signals, not verdicts

Checks are read-only signals with severities (info / warning / danger). Staff always make the final call. The platform never bans a trader on its own.

01

Two accounts, one trade

Same symbol, same size, opposite directions, across two accounts belonging to the same trader. Whatever the market does, one side passes its challenge. That is the whole scheme.

02

Four seconds apart

The positions opened within seconds of each other. Timing is what separates deliberate arbitrage from coincidence, and it is exactly what the cross-account check matches on.

03

What your reviewer does

The flag arrives with both trades, the timing delta, and the login fingerprint match attached. Staff confirm in one look and act by your rules (warn, reset, or deny the payout), with the evidence already on file.

Why firms switch. And what changes.

01

Why manual abuse review fails

Prop firm abuse is organized, not opportunistic: multi-account hedging rings, paid pass services, copy-trade groups spanning dozens of identities. Manual review means someone reads raw trade logs, usually after a payout request, when the money is already at stake, and only for accounts somebody happened to suspect. Past a few dozen active accounts, most of the book is never looked at by anyone.

02

How Fxward runs the checks

Every monitored account is continuously evaluated against nine checks computed from its complete recorded trade history streaming in from MT4/MT5. Cross-account checks compare every account belonging to the same trader, with sensitivity you tune to your rules; the news-trading check reads a built-in economic calendar; login fingerprinting adds an identity layer trade data alone can’t provide. Each flag carries the specific trades behind it, so a reviewer sees evidence, not a mystery score.

03

What changes for your firm

Abuse review becomes a standard step instead of a heroic effort: before any funding or payout decision, staff open the account and read a checklist that is always complete and always current. Decisions get faster and more consistent, disputes become defensible with documented evidence, and the traders gaming prop firms learn to pick a different target.

What “we check manually” actually means. At 100 accounts.

Common questions. Straight answers.

Fxward compares trades across all accounts belonging to the same trader and flags opposite-direction, near-simultaneous positions on the same symbol, the pattern used to guarantee one funded payout from two challenge fees. The check reports the matched trades with a severity so your risk team can review the evidence directly.
