Your brand. Your tenant.
The platform hosts many firms on one deployment, with hard isolation between them. Your brokers, challenges, traders, staff, and branding are yours alone.
Built for prop firms.
What you get. In detail.
Isolated tenants
Every firm’s data is scoped to its own company: brokers, challenges, traders, staff, notifications. Nothing crosses tenant boundaries.
Self-service branding
Name, contact details, logo, dashboard URL, and text direction, all managed from your own settings screen, no support ticket required.
White-label portal
Enterprise plans run the trader portal on a custom domain with custom branding. Your traders never see the platform’s name.
Transparent usage & billing
Per-account pricing, monthly quotas, and live slot usage against your billing cycle, so you always know where you stand before the invoice.
Operator-grade control
Platform operators get a cross-firm overview and can apply changes at that level from one seat.
One platform, many shapes. Pick yours.

Set up like it’s yours. Because it is.
Branding is a settings screen
Name, logo, contact details, text direction: changed by you, live immediately, no support ticket in the loop. The firm your traders see is always the firm you configured five minutes ago.
The domain is yours
On Enterprise, the portal runs at trade.goldfund.com: your DNS, your brand in the address bar. Traders sign in to your firm; the software behind it stays invisible.
Usage you can see coming
62 of 100 account slots, cycle resets August 1. The scaling decision is made with live numbers, and the invoice is never a surprise. No revenue share means growing is purely your upside.
Why firms switch. And what changes.
Your brand is the moat
Traders choose prop firms on trust, and trust attaches to a brand, not to the software behind it. Tooling that leaks another company’s name into your trader experience, or that mixes your data with other firms’ on a shared platform you can’t verify, undermines the one asset competitors can’t copy. Infrastructure should be invisible; your firm should be what traders see.
How tenancy works
Each firm on Fxward is a hard-isolated tenant: brokers, accounts, challenges, traders, staff, and notifications are scoped to your company, and every login, token, and query is bound to that scope. Branding (name, logo, contact details, dashboard URL, text direction) is self-service from your settings screen, and Enterprise plans run the trader portal entirely on your own domain.
What changes for your firm
You get platform economics with private-deployment boundaries: shared, professionally-run infrastructure underneath, but your data, your rules, and your brand alone at the surface. Billing is per account slot with live usage visible in the panel and no revenue share, so the platform’s incentive is your growth, not a cut of it.
A shared platform vs. an isolated tenant. What multi-tenant should mean.
Data
You trust a promise that other firms can’t see your book.
Every query is scoped to your tenant; isolation is structural, not a policy.
Brand
The vendor’s name in your traders’ address bar and inbox.
Your name and logo everywhere; Enterprise runs your own domain.
Changes
Branding and settings go through support tickets and wait.
A self-service settings screen, where changes are live immediately.
Billing
Revenue share, per-seat surprises, or both.
Per-account slots with live usage against your cycle, and no revenue share.
Common questions. Straight answers.
Every record (brokers, accounts, challenges, traders, staff, notifications) is scoped to your company as its own tenant. Staff logins, API tokens, and queries are all bound to that tenant; nothing is shared and nothing crosses over.
